These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unicorn Software and Solutions LTD. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. 2. Description of Service Fifteen Minute Exam provides users with a platform for competitive job exam practice, including quizzes, performance tracking, and educational content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. 3. User Accounts To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account. Providing accurate and current information during registration. 4. Intellectual Property All content within the app—including but not limited to quiz questions, software code, UI design (Material 3 implementations), logos, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Unicorn Software and Solutions LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission. 5. Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to: Use the app for any unlawful purpose. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app. Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data or manipulate exam results. Share account access with third parties. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our exam materials, Unicorn Software and Solutions LTD does not warrant that the content is error-free, complete, or that use of the app will guarantee specific results in actual competitive exams. 7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Unicorn Software and Solutions LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 8. User-Generated Content If the app allows for comments, feedback, or forum posts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these terms. 9.
